Below are our refund policies for each service that we offer.  Each of our services are unique and require different terms for refunds.  Please read the policies.  If you have any questions, please go to our Contact Us page to submit your question(s).

This refund policy refers to all desktop publishing, data entry, word processing, and direct mailing projects.

If the company or individual is not satisfied with the quality of our services, we will grant a full refund, provided that the request is made within 1 business day and the work is returned by the 3rd business day.  If the request is made after 1 business day but before 3 business days, we will grant a partial refund provided that the work is returned by the 5th business day.  Any request after 3 business days will not be granted a refund.

*Full and Partial refunds do not include the shipping charges.  This refund policy does not include electronic services*

JOB LOCATING SERVICE

There are NO REFUNDS given for the Job Locating Services unless we have failed to locate any jobs in either of the 2 career fields chosen by the client.

STAFFING SERVICE

The Business/Employer clients are not charged for our staffing services if they are hiring telecommuters.  However, if the Business/Employer clients only wants employees on-site, then there will be a charged billed to the company of $50.00 with NO REFUND available.

Our items are brand new and insured. If tany item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it. Please send us an email with a description of the issue. In order to process the claim, a digtal photograph may be required. We will send you a return-label so that the item can be returned to us for replacement. We must be notified within 3 days after you've received them item.

We must be notified in advance about returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Non-defective items must be returned with their original packaging to avoid the 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refunded. Refunds are issued after the item is examined.

There will be NO REFUNDS issued for the software.  However, we will replace any parts damaged with the software.  Please refer to our terms of service.
